These shipping terms describe how payments and billing are processed at Bluzeo. By placing an order on bluzeo.com, you agree to the following terms.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We offer secure and reliable payment methods to make checkout as smooth as possible. We currently accept the following payment methods:

All payments are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
2. Payment Processing
- Full payment is due at checkout.
- Orders will only be processed and shipped after payment has been successfully received.
- In case of a failed or declined payment, the order will not be confirmed.
3. Prices, Currency and Taxes
- All prices on our website are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
- Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
- Any shipping costs and applicable taxes will be clearly displayed during checkout, before you finalize your order.
- Price changes do not affect already confirmed orders.
4. Secure Payment Processing
- We use SSL encryption and certified payment providers to process payments securely.
- We do not store credit card or payment information and have no access to this data after payment completion.
5. Refunds and Disputed Payments
- Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
- If a payment is disputed, the relevant payment provider may initiate an investigation according to their own procedures.

6. Fraud and Security Checks
- To protect our customers and our services, orders may be screened for possible fraud or abuse.
