This policy applies to orders with a delivery address in Canada. If you are located outside of this region, please check the available shipping options during the ordering process or contact our support team.
Delivery times
Below you will find our usual estimated processing and delivery times:
- Order deadline: 5:00 PM (ET). Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day, which may slightly extend the delivery time.
- Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Transit time: 2–6 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Estimated total delivery time: 3–8 business days.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped with reliable shipping partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Shipping service provider
We work with reputable shipping providers to ensure reliable delivery. These include, for example, FedEx, DPD, UPS and DHL.
After your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link for real-time updates.
Shipping costs
Free shipping: Orders within Canada are delivered free of charge – no minimum order value required.
Paid shipping (if applicable): For deliveries outside our free shipping areas, shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart based on the delivery location and package size.
Delivery problems
Should your package arrive late, be lost, or damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. We will investigate the matter and work to find a solution as quickly as possible.
Shipment tracking
