Delivery times
Below you will find our usual estimated processing and delivery times, valid for all shipping destinations:
- Order deadline: 5:00 PM (ET). Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day, which may slightly extend the delivery time.
- Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Transit time: 2–6 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Estimated total delivery time: 3–8 business days.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped with reliable shipping partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Shipping service provider
We work with reputable shipping providers to ensure reliable delivery. These include, for example, FedEx, DPD, UPS and DHL.
After your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link for real-time updates.
Shipping costs
Free shipping: Orders within Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia are delivered free of charge – no minimum order value required. All prices shown at checkout are final; there are no additional shipping fees at delivery.
