1. What is the delivery time for my order?
We strive for fast and transparent delivery. Our delivery times are structured as follows:
- Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday).
- Shipping time: 2–6 business days (Monday through Friday).
- Total estimated delivery time: 3–8 business days.
Orders placed before the cutoff time will be processed the same or next business day.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within Canada. There is no minimum order value required.
3. Where is my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your shipment at any time via our Order Status page.
4. What is your return policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your product to initiate a return. The product must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
5. Who pays for return shipping?
The cost of returning your order is the customer's responsibility. However, if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return shipping costs.
6. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected at our facility, we will process the refund within 7 business days via your original payment method.
7. Can I still change or cancel my order?
Because we process orders quickly, cancellation is usually only possible within 24 hours after placing your order. Please contact customer service as soon as possible to explore your options.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.
9. How do I initiate a return?
Contact us at hello@bluzeo.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with detailed return instructions and guide you through the process.
10. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at hello@bluzeo.com. Our team will be happy to assist you with the exchange process.
