30-DAY RETURN GUARANTEE
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and in their original condition, including the original packaging, tags, and accessories. Our support team will guide you through the entire return process. No processing fee – we don't charge any processing fees.

Return period: 30 days from the delivery date.
Conditions: Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with all labels.
Support: Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with your return.
Processing fee: $0 CAD – no additional costs.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Defective or incorrect items: Should you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping costs.
Exchange of mind: If you wish to return an item due to sizing issues, an incorrect order, or for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
HERE'S HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN

Pack the product: Place the item securely in the original packaging and include all labels, documents, and accessories.
To ship the package: Follow the instructions in your return confirmation email. You can use the recommended shipping provider or choose another reliable, trackable shipping method.
REFUND PROCEDURE
Verification: Upon receipt of the return, we will check whether the item complies with our return policy.
Processing time: Once approved, the refund will be issued via your original payment method. Processing time adds up to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE
If you would like an exchange (different size, color, or product), please contact us at hello@bluzeo.com. Our team will be happy to assist you with the exchange process.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items are excluded from returns. These are clearly marked as non-returnable on the respective product pages.
