A padded puffer quilted in a diamond pattern, built on a satin finished shell that catches light softly rather than shining. The stitching grid keeps the polyester fill sitting in even pockets, so the jacket holds a defined shape through the day instead of collapsing at the waist. Ribbed cuffs and hem close the openings and stop cold air from traveling up the sleeve, while the attached hood is lined in a contrasting finish and keeps its shape when it is worn back. The side pockets fasten with snaps, and the hem curves gently with a short flap at the back. It washes cold and tumbles dry on low heat, and the fill returns to full loft once it is completely dry.
